Wyatt Earp
(1848-1929)
- Born in Illinois
- Worked as stagecoach driver, railroad section hand, buffalo hunter, gambler, and city constable
- Became marshal in Wichita in 1875, lost his job after being arrested for fighting
- Served as deputy marshal in Dodge City
- Survived famous gun battle at the OK Corral in Tombstone, Arizona
