The juror groups are numbered by individual and arranged as chronological groups (e.g., a group called in September 1965 served as jurors in October 1965). Each juror is identified by unique number (e.g., 1, 2, 3... within a group of fifty jurors), name, city of residence, telephone number, remarks (excused or dismissed from jury duty), a tally of the days served and mileage, and the total amount of compensation due. Loose pages at the front of the contain the text of witness and juror oaths in court, and copies of a Witness Fee Claim Voucher form for compensation pay for jury duty and travel.
