Scope and content: One criminal docket containing summaries of all actions taken in criminal cases appearing before the justice of the peace of Little Caney Township. The volume contains an alphabetical index organized by surname of plaintiff with corresponding page numbers. The entries provide a record of court appearances showing case number, title and cause, attorneys, dates and nature of pleadings filed and writs issued, sheriff’s return, court orders, record of fees and costs, and summaries of judgment for each case.
