Scope and content: A variety of microfilmed records documenting the administration of decedent's estates and admission of wills for deceased individuals in Logan County. Records include petitions for letters of administration, estate valuations, administrators bonds, petitions to admit foreign wills, orders admitting for wills, copies of wills, hearings to verify and affirm a decedent's will, and certificates of judges and clerks. The records are organized numerically by case number and chronologically by date.

The probate court had jurisdiction over marriages, town incorporations, estates, wills, adoptions, mental illness, delinquent and dependent children, and similar matters within the county.
