Information for each location includes parents' or guardians' names; residence; names of persons of school age within that household and their age/sex/race, date and place of birth, year vaccinated, and where employed if not in school. Not all information always filled in. At the end of the enumerations are records for the colleges, detention home, YMCA, and other such institutions for children living in those locations. In alphabetical order by family name for each year.
