Scope and content: Files containing correspondence, memos, and notes on a variety of topics of interest to the Department of Health and Environment Division of Health. One folder contains documents and floor plans for an office move project into the Landon State Office Building. Several files contain information on the implementation of the Filenet Optical Disk system, as well as the related contract. Other files consist of photocopy logs, vouchers, invoices, correspondence regarding records shipped to Underground Vaults Storage, and correspondence about the electronic birth certificate system.
